Shipping

What is the delivery time?

Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days if located within the USA. International orders can take 10-15 business days and sometimes can be longer or shorter depending on customs.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in the USA. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 48 hours from the order date and ship the day after processing. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

Missing items in my order?

If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately and will be delivered separately. If something is still missing, please contact us immediately at support@bootyiful.com.

Return

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Order Issues

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I haven't received my order confirmation?

Please check your junk mail box. If you have still not received it, please contact our customer support and they will assist you further..

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal payments. The payment forms that we do not accept are personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Are there any exchange rates involved in the transactions? 

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
